Cait currently manages and leads the Production Planning, Distribution Planning, and Logistics groups within the Vitamix Supply Chain organization. Prior to Vitamix, Cait handled Capacity Planning for industrial manufacturer, Swagelok. She has always had a passion for solving complex problems and holds an MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Cleveland State University. An adapt supply chain practitioner, Cait is also certified in Production & Inventory Management (CIPM) by APICS.

Yvonne Pozderac, Demand Analyst, Vitamix

As a Demand Analyst for Vitamix, Yvonne provides both technical and business leadership for demand planning across the broader Supply Chain and Operations groups of the organization. Yvonne has been focused on the consumer goods sector throughout her career. Prior to Vitamix, she served in a variety of Forecasting & Strategic Planning roles at greeting card icon, American Greetings. Yvonne holds a BBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Cleveland State University.

Mini Peiris, CMO, Elementum

As Chief Marketing Officer, Mini leverages customer insights to align the organization around a transformative vision for Elementum’s supply chain service management platform. Mini has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Before joining Elementum, she served as CMO at Ambra Health. She also served 12+ years as VP of Worldwide Marketing and VP of Product Management at SaaS ERP pioneer NetSuite. Mini holds a BS in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
