Crop is a highly respected leader in the data and analytics industry, having previously served as the Chief Data Officer for American Express and having held various leadership or advisory roles at other top-tier organizations such as HSBC and Experian.
Crop brings over 20 years of experience in data and analytics to Elementum’s Executive Advisory Board. In her role as Chief Data Officer at Albertsons, Crop was responsible for driving tens-of-millions of dollars in revenue through consumer personalization and data commercialization, and she was also responsible for digital transformation through data science, business intelligence, and automation. At American Express, Crop developed and implemented the company’s enterprise-wide data strategy. She also led the development of American Express’s data governance framework and established the company’s data and analytics center of excellence.
